In 2022, I lost my beloved mother, and it was the most heart-wrenching experience I've ever been through. Grief is a powerful force, and it took me time to navigate through it.

 

But in the process, I discovered new depths of resilience, spirituality, and self-awareness that I'm now eager to share with you. 

 

In this episode, I’ll be sharing:

• The one simple activity that was my lifeline during the toughest times

• How moving my body (without torturous workouts!) gave me unstoppable energy

• The unexpected way I found healing through connection

 

My hope is that by sharing my story, I can inspire you to embrace your own journey and find the strength to overcome any challenges life may throw your way.
