In this episode I talk about my experience when I felt the loneliest- Moving to another state alone in my twenties. We have all been there when we feel consumed by the feeling of being lonely, but I share some tools I used to combat that seemingly unshakeable feeling. My perception of being "alone" has changed completely with absolutely zero negative connotation attached to it. I hope it helps you out as well.
