On today's "Saturday Edition" episode, Rich is joined by James McCabe – Entrepreneur, Investor, Founder of The Placement Funds,  and Podcast Host of “A Million Ways to Make a Million Bucks.” As an investor, capital raiser, and connector, James has facilitated over $100M for real estate projects in recent years. While James’ funds are primarily focused on Multifamily real estate they also have diversified interests to include businesses and structured lending. James also host the Podcast A Million Ways to Make a Million Bucks.

Rich and James start off by discussing the benefits of having a fund vs a syndication, as well as accredited and non-accredited investors. They then analyze the 80-20 rule of raising capital and providing value outside of the deal. Lastly, they talk about the value of podcasting and social media, the people that invest in the first deal, and who may not be a great fit to invest.
