Hey music lovers, my name is Phil Brookes, an experienced musician, radio broadcaster and all round music nut based here in the UK…Born out of my lifelong passion for radio combined with over 25 years experience in the music industry as a performer/recording artist and my long affiliation with the unsigned/independent music scene I decided to turn a popular segment of my radio show into a regular podcast.The aim of the podcast is, quite simply, to showcase the best in new music and the arts from undiscovered, unsigned or emerging artists, writers and performers.However, it won’t simply be new music from new artists under the microscope. Although that indeed will make up the bulk of each show.
