Deena McKay is a technologist who has been in the industry for over 5 years. She is currently an Enterprise Architect for a financial institution by day and the co-founder of #RootsNTech The Podcast, a podcast highlighting Black tech startups, at night. She also has her own blog, deenamckay.com which features tech stories and reviews tech events. Currently residing in Chicago, Deena is committed to bringing awareness to diversity in tech and ensuring that everyone has a seat at the table. When she’s not doing tech things out she enjoys hanging out with friends, cooking, and traveling.
