Thanks for tuning in to another episode of the Rite of Passion Podcast. I am bring to you the second segment of "What I'm Reading". I want to share with you a book that I have read multiple times over the last two years, and the only negative thing I can say is I wish I would have read it sooner.

The book for today is "How to Win Friends & Influence People" by Dale Carnegie. The book is described as a guidebook for the simple and life-changing concepts such as: a simple way to make a good first impression, how to criticize other people, an easy way to become a good conversationalist, what to do when nothing else works, making people glad to do what you want, and more.

Personally, this book has made me a more confident conversationalist, helped me learn how to make a great first impression, and how to be a respected and impactful leader. I hope the key ideas in this book resonate with you, and who knows, this book may be added to your own list!
