She has worked with hundreds of clients as a coach, personal trainer, and owner of a Fitness and Weight Loss Franchise. Erin has dealt with body image issues, addiction, and depression, which all affected her weight, relationship with food, and her addiction to drugs and alcohol. She has the first-hand experience to offer compassion, non-judgment and a true understand of the struggle with how to believe in oneself and thrive in their life. With over 25 years of experience, continuing education, and personal experiences, Erin’s passion is to help others who are struggling with similar problems. Erin wants to support and help others to live their healthiest, happiest lives.
