Russell owns and operates Wellness Seekers Unlimited, LLC an online life & wellness coaching program that helps people transform their lives through eating better, thinking better, and growing spiritually. Russell's primary focus is to help clients in both his coaching practice and his clinical practice to self-actualize and gain freedom in their lives and business.  Russell has overcome his own personal issues around addiction and mental health through hard work that included the 12 steps, nutrition, exercise, prayer, meditation, and writing cognitive practices.
