Kim Hamblin - “Shut up and make art!”
Kim is co-founder/owner of Roshambo ArtFarm, Art & Science Cider & Wine, and the Wildwood Music Fest.
Kim grew up in the midwest. Her single mother juggled much to make ends meet. From that upbringing, Kim learned the great entrepreneurial skill of adaptability. Her willingness to be comfortable living on the edge, to pivot when necessary combined with trusting the universe to provide remains a solid base for her to follow her passion and while making that passion into money.
Her current companies are a culmination of her cut-paper-assembly art and the science and art behind wine, cider, and music.

“I’ve been self employed so long…it just kind of breeds resilience.”
“Not to sound too wee-wee or woo-woo or whatever, but the universe feels like it kind of takes care of me. I follow my passion an— it always seems to work out. Like I might fly close to the sun, but it doesn’t ever really burn me.”
“Keep pushing…sometimes if you just push that little mini-failure there will be something great on the other side.”
“You know you can overthink about how you are going to do things in ten years… and you have this big plan and you are going to do-do-do… but you aren’t actually doing it. You’ve got to start doing it.”
