"Releasing the Old, Allowing the New: Step #5"

Step five, titled "Releasing the Old Allowing the New” is about creating a happily even after, allowing the new and all its possibilities.

Being in a healthy place, with ourselves understanding how we want to show up in a relationship, what we expect of ourselves in a relationship, and what we expect of others in a relationship.
