The Say My Name Project began with an idea, to share stories of women around the world who have gone through struggles and have come to a place of healing and peace. This podcast is a platform for empowerment and healing through vulnerability and speaking your truth.

We are two women, who have experienced our own pain, trauma and journeys and want to world to know the healing that comes from saying the words that are the hardest to say and sharing their stories.

We strive to empower men and women, alike to open up, share their stories and inspire others to do the same.
