With over 50 years of training experience Steve Maxwell is a strength and conditioning legend, he was a collegiate wrestler and also one of the first Americans to earn a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, working closely for many years with the legendary Gracie family.
He has competed on the international level and he has worked with elite level athletes and martial artists for decades.
Today he fulfils the role of travelling master, with no fixed abode and with only a small bag on his back he navigates the globe spreading wisdom on conditioning, mobility, martial arts and how to keep grappling into the advanced years.
He knows what works, he knows what doesn't and he knows what's going to keep you healthy long term.... and he is full of incredible stories. It was a joy to have him on the show.
