With Covid-19 lockdowns behind us and the government's furlough scheme now ended, Stuart spent a day visiting St. Pauls, Canary Wharf and Borough in London to see how the Specialty Food sector is coping. One of the main questions is about whether people will return to their offices, or continue to work from home for part of the week. Stuart gives his thoughts on what he finds. He then finishes his day with a visit to Eataly, the recently opened Italian food emporium in Bishopsgate, and gives Ailbhe his review.
