On this weeks solo episode, I talk about my break up and what led me to move to Thailand for 3 months. I talk through some of the realisations that come up for me around loneliness and how I worked through that. I speak about building good habits by focusing on whats in your control, and finally a wild mushroom trip which really changed my perspective on some critical things and how I view the world.
