Crystal Shackleford leads the Riverside County Child Assessment Team or RCCAT and Jennifer Kopfler is a Deputy Director in the Children's Services Division at Riverside County DPSS. Both are passionate about efforts to prevent child abuse and are discussing services available at the facility which serves victims & families as well as ways the public can take action to protect at-risk kids from child abuse.
