Welcome to the world of Shadowvane, a place where the horrific and frightening reside. We are a podcast in the same vein as the classic radio dramas of the ‘30s and ‘40s. We hope to offer an experience similar to the classic War of the Worlds or modern storytelling examples in podcasts like Welcome to Night Vale, Sayer, or We’re Alive.

We have plenty of Classic Tales in store for you during 2016, and yes, many of them aren't by Poe. Bear with us as we give you one more work by the master of the macabre. We noticed that we made a mistake with the first Classic Tale: that one is titled "Silence--A Fable," and this one is titled "Shadow--A Parable." We got the subtitles mixed around. It should be fixed now! Enjoy this creepy, early Poe story about darkness, shadows, and death.
