Andrew Alexander is an elite Canadian distance runner and a former member of the Notre Dame track and field team. This fall, he made his half-marathon debut at the Toronto Waterfront Marathon and won in a time of 1:02:44. This winter, he made the bold move to travel to Flagstaff, Arizona to train alongside American professional runners.

Throughout the episode, we discuss the challenges for elite Canadian athletes looking for sponsorship, training alongside his former roommate and American mile record-holder, Yared Nuguse, and what goals lie ahead of his promising career.
