Columnist, author, Iron Man and Australian representative Age-Group Triathlete, Jo Pybus is on a mission to improve information and support for perimenopausal and menopausal women. 

When Jo got the stuffing knocked out of her during perimenopause, she asked the question, 'Why didn't I know about this?' For something that happens to half of the world's population, Jo also asks, "Why is no one talking about it?"
