If you’ve listened to the podcast for a while, you already know I’m a big believer in building a business that aligns with your natural strengths, talents and interests. 

When you do what comes naturally to you, when you do what you enjoy and you price your offers well, the whole business experience is smoother. It doesn’t feel like hard work. You enjoy showing up and doing the things that move your business forward - and you have the freedom to ditch, delegate or automate the rest. Sales are easier. You don’t have to put in long hours. Sometimes you do because you get so into a project you can’t stop thinking about it, but that tends to balance out in the long run because you have the opportunity to build space into your schedule for times of rest, rejuvenation, and creativity.

You know that feeling when you’re working on something and it feels almost too easy? The time goes by like lightning, your fingers are flying over your keyboard, or you find yourself thinking “I can’t believe I’m getting paid to do this”? That’s what I consider working in flow and I LOVE it. I want that for all of us, and I’m drawn like a magnet to other people who work in flow.

That’s why I’m so excited to have today’s guest on the show!

Ruby Lee is all about helping entrepreneurs tap into the magic of flow in their businesses. She’s a certified High Flow Coach and people trust her for guidance because she’s documented every step of her business journey over the past 5 years. She’s the host of the Flow State Business podcast which has had close to half a million downloads, and she ties things like your energy into how you run your business. Ruby is so real and open and every time I get a peek behind the scenes of how she runs her business I am SO impressed!
