Today, I really want to highlight and focus on mastering the midlife shift that we go through into our forties and beyond. 

I'm sitting here as a woman who is 44. I'll be 45 this year, which, when I say that, I'm like, holy heck, when did that happen? But at the same time, I also have such a level of reverence and actually a lot of joy for being where I am at in life now.

In this episode I’m talking specifically about mastering the changes we're going through midlife in perimenopause and into menopause and then the rest of your life that you live post-menopause.
