In today's episode I’m going to show you how to lose 5-10lbs a month by showing you how to build a house..

Just to be sure we have the right people here first though,

Am I right in thinking you want your results to be predictable?

But not just predictable, you want them to be fast too?

I mean, if that’s not you, this email won’t be of much help and you may as well go to the next episode.

But if it is, then I would read/ listen on to learn the key pillars on losing 5-10lbs a month.

The very first thing we have to do when looking for predictable, fast results is something I call:

👉 Laying The Foundations.

Put it this way,

If you’re building a house 🏡 and just just chuck some bricks on the floor before you:

  • Dig a trench,

  • Level out the soil,

  • Plan how big you want the house, what shape etc.

You won’t get very far… you’ll either,

A- Build a shit house,

Or

B- The house will fall down half way through.

Agree?

It’s the same with your transformation.

You need to lay the foundations,

Here’s what i would look at:

✅ Do you have a plan in place for Training, Nutrition, Sleep, Steps, Water etc?

✅ Have you planned out your week and decided what days/ times your training/ prepping nutrition etc?

✅ Have you got a form of accountability? (an event, coach, friend).

Once these foundations have been laid you want to make sure you’re tracking your metrics!

Let's continue our analogy.

You have laid the foundations to the house and you’re ready to start building.

Would you chuck all the bricks, doors, door handles, lights, windows, etc together?

Or would you assemble and keep track of what has gone where, how much you have ordered etc?

Likely the latter, right?

If you have half a brain cell anyways 😉

It’s the same with your transformation, you want to be tracking:

📈 Your strength,

📈 Your progress photos,

📈 Your body weight,

📈 How you feel (mood, energy, libido and stress),

📈 Your nutrition.

When we track these metrics we can be sure we’re making progress …

And if we’re not, we can make changes to burst through a plateau.

(This is where the predictability comes in, alongside the scientifically backed methods).

Back to the analogy.

You don’t build a house overnight right?

Rome wasn’t built in a day and all that 🇮🇹

You have to be consistent, you have to keep plugging away day by day, putting the work in and not seeing nothing for it immediately.

This is delayed gratification.

You need to stay consistent with the above for the results to come through.

Just like the story of chinese bamboo…

After planting bamboo you see no growth in 5 years… years!!!!

But in year 5 across 8 weeks it grows 90 feet.

Luckily you don't have to wait 5 years for a transformation...

But 12-16 weeks patience is a must!

So, why 5-10lbs?

This is a realistic number of what is possible,

It’s not too low that it motivates you (I mean think about it, that's a potential 30lbs in 90 days)!

But any more than this, it’s likely that you’ll also be losing muscle too…

The last thing you want to do is lose a ton of fat, be buzzing but then feel shapeless and flat!

Retaining muscle across your fat loss journey is key!

Then Voila!🪄

Before you know it you have a beautiful home, built right, where you can spend the rest of your life in!
