After four months of being in what I now call a “Cave Season”, I am back to share what I learned from four months of reflection, observation, and gaining a deeper understanding of myself, my purpose, and what I needed to let go, heal, and transmute in order to live and enjoy this life.

• Self inquiry doesn’t equal wallowing in self pity or victimhood.
• Releasing judgments is just as important as receiving revelations.
• Everyone’s cave looks different, and each time you enter a cave season may also be different.
