SHOW NOTES:

About this episode:

Today's guest, Kristin Hertz, is a yoga teacher, life coach and organizing pro. Her mission is to help people create more space in their lives for what truly matters. She does this by empowering her clients to elevate their self-care and get in touch with their deepest desires to live a life filled with more joy and ease.

We discuss how she practices cyclical living and how to practice yoga in a way that’s aligned with cyclical living. And the need for boundaries and rewards that come with honoring your own boundaries.

About Kristin:

She has been practicing yoga for 20 years and teaching for 10. She’s trained with world-renowned yoga teachers John Friend and Sianna Sherman in Tantric-based, alignment and heart-centered yoga lineages. She’s completed a top-notch coaching school with an award-winning coach, Jenny Fenig. She’s been fascinated with organizing things since she could walk and bases her methods on in-depth studies and many years of personal experience.

She’s led numerous transformational workshops and retreats over the years. This is one of her great passions and loves.

She’s worked in the corporate wellness field for the past 10 years and has won the MT State Department of Health and Human Services award “For Outstanding Achievement in Worksite Health Promotion” every year for the past six years.

She lives at the base of the mountains in rural Montana with her Earthy husband and fairy-like four-year-old daughter.

Loves: yoga, the self-growth process, music, dance, art, food, color-coded everything, chatting while going for a walk, and living in sync with the cycles and seasons of nature.

About Simran:

She is the founder of Flowation.com, where spiritual-minded entrepreneurs can find resources to learn how to create more Flow in their lives and businesses.

She’s been obsessed with the question ‘how can I make this feel easier?’ since she can remember. As former Estate Planning and Succession Planning attorney for small businesses she really learned what makes small business owners function at their best. She’s taken that knowledge forward as a small business strategy coach for spiritual-minded small business owners and helps them bust through their limiting beliefs and upper limits, and create systems in their lives and business to help support their more aligned self. These systems help them become more efficient with their time and priorities; and help them feel lit up as they work with greater purpose and allow more Flow in their lives.

Simran specializes especially in helping parents with children under the age of 5, who want the space in their life to practice Conscious Parenting, but are struggling to fit everything they want to do with their business and children into their schedule.

In her time away from work Simran spends her time dancing or attempting to do yoga, while her two spirited kids are normally climbing on her. And she loves taking hot baths and engaging in self-care while listening to binaural beats music, while her wonderful hubby takes the kids out for an ‘adventure day.’
