As decades pass us by, there are decades when there is very little change to business or daily life. But there are on occasions when there are decades of growth, decline and change all occurring in just a few short weeks and months.

Covid 19 has impacted the world, causing a decade of change to happen in just a few short months. The old normal or what we perceived it to be has gone forever.

Facing up to and begin to come to terms with what we now are starting to call "The New Normal." The challenge of the differences is throwing many spanners into the works of the best.
