What’s up, my friends? Welcome back to the Sounds of GU Podcast! Today is the first episode in a new series of the podcast! In this new segment called, My GU Story, we are talking with peps part of the community at Greenville University about how their life’s journey somehow includes GU. Each person involved with our campus is unique and we want to showcase that uniqueness. It's our goal to inform you of all the things that make GU, and the personal stories that shape it, special. Even if you don’t attend GU, this podcast is still for you. We are chatting about all things college, so this is for anyone interested in going to college, you’re in college, or you’re just curious about college life! 

Today you get to hear from the new, acting president of the university, Suzanne Davis. She was a student at GU, practiced law for a while, and then returned to her alma mater as a faculty member. Just this month, she has stepped into the role of president. President Davis has a heart of gold and really cares about the GU campus community. Get ready because this is about to get good.
