James Jordan was a Teenager from the city of Memphis when the crime-rate steadily raises to the point where he'd might lose his new home. So armed with only his police father's weapons, his wits and his tech-savvy friend Tara Trent, James become "The Spectre"! There you witness the young man's adventures involving crime bosses, super villains inspired by his heroic antics, and the dark urban legends from the underbelly of Memphis.

This Episode is the introduction of James, his friends, family and the balancing of his life as a "Downtown Superhero".
