When you host a podcast called The Spike, which is all about identifying your guests' Spike, it's only a matter of time before someone asks you, yours.

We've had a number of guests on the show, who have told incredibly powerful and inspirational stories, as well as revealing their 'Spike'. 

However, we knew that Harry Portch himself had an incredible story of his own, and we needed someone who would be impressive enough with interviewing skills, in order to coax it out of him!

For this special episode, Elle-Jo from the HM Staffing team posted on Linkedin saying she wanted to have a 'play'.

She finally wore him down.
