Join Kris McGregor, who with a discerning heart and a broken foot, attempts to ascend the mountain, cross the desert, and seek to survive the storms, earthquakes, and fires which are a part of the many challenges in our quest in the spiritual life to do "whatever He tells" us. By sharing experiences, resources, and offering her own insights as well those of others, Kris hopes to help others in their pilgrimage to the place where God dwells. Subjects covered will include: how to pray, sacred scripture, discernment, spiritual warfare, the nature of the mystical life, and so much more. Various spiritualities will be explored including the Benedictine, Carmelite, Ignatian, Franciscan, Dominican and other charisms. With the help of St. Benedict, St. Hildegard, St. Terese of Avila, St. John of the Cross, St. Catherine of Siena, and other holy mystics of the Church will explore the landscape of the "spiritual journey."
