Natasha discusses how their SPRING Social Prescribing programmes fit in with LORAG's mission to create healthy lifestyles for the people of south and east Belfast.
We also get to hear from their SPRING Social Prescribing coordinator, Paul McCrudden, and some of his SPRING Social Prescribing participants.
Nicola Lindsay who is a Community Access Worker for the Belfast Health Trust also joins the podcast to discuss how working closely with the SPRING team at LORAG has made a difference to people's lives.
