It’s helping you to learn rather than to be taught.So a good coach doesn’t just teach me to do something. A good coach helps me to learn about myself, and find the path, so that I really learn it myself. A good coach will help me attain a high level of self knowledge.I also think that good coaches will help you or me focus on the process. Again, it’s about learning and growth. Once the end goal is determined, then a coach helps to break goals down into doable tasks and objectives and then gives great feedback along the way.Finding a Coach has BenefitsSo, how do you know if you need a coach? Well, the simple answer is you need one – simple as that.
