THIS podcast is a must if you want to think differently about midlife. Personally this stage of life floored me and I was feeling alone and very despondent about my future. These podcasts reiterate Star's philosophy and have helped me wake up to life again in my 50s, embrace the pause that lockdown thrust upon us and importantly work on loving myself again.
