THIS podcast is a must if you want to think differently about midlife. Personally this stage of life floored me and I was feeling alone and very despondent about my future. Thank god I found this podcast. Star is so inspiring and has given me so many ideas on how to get myself out of this rut. I feel empowered and am looking at midlife in a whole different way. My crown is on!

These podcasts reiterate Star's philosophy and have helped me wake up to life again in my 50s, embrace the pause that lockdown thrust upon us and importantly work on loving myself again. Star Monroe you are an inspiration to all women! Midlife has been incredibly difficult for me to the point where I had made myself disappear into the background. YOU are a shining light at the end of a dark tunnel. The brightest Star! You have given me the space to understand what I want for myself and unpick what exactly is going on with me.
