Host, Andy Goram, talks to Organisational Psychologist, Laura Howard about the experiences of dealing with issues of gender stereotyping, inequality and both conscious and unconscious bias, in the small sample of female leaders she spoke to during her Masters Degree research.

In this episode, Laura shares some of the stories, and her own thoughts and experiences to bring more awareness to the issues still faced by many women in the workplace and to suggest a positive path forwards.
