A Charming Monster PartyWhen you think Monster Party, you usually are thinking of the min max gamers who want to just wreck shop. Never fear, for this team in one that breaks the norm! The story takes place in a fantastically constructed steam punk world of Pilas, where the major species left along with the gods after a very long and destructive machine war, leaving the lesser species ( Goblinoids, Drow, and Dragonborn) to build up what once was. This setting adds a fantastic backdrop to a charming and funny crew! The crew is composed of four party members and the GM. Let's start with the GM Mat, Mat brings a world with a very unique political situation to life, where monster species are at the top of the food chain and run the cities. Where you would normally only encounter these cultures in dungeons or adventures, they are now a part of everyday life. You have David playing Kra'ag the Bugbear druid, a druid with a very unique connection to nature leading to his very straightforward attitude. You have the soft spoken Beggar played by Jon, a Firbolg Barbarian who wield a vicious ferocity as well as a gentle kindness. There is Silverpaw the Tabaxi Rogue played by Trav, a Tabaxi with a past shrouded in mystery and a connection or knowledge of one wherever they go. Lastly you have Tash the Aasimar Cleric played by Colleen. This bright eyed Aasimar looking for her own while having a strangely innocent and detached view of the world and wields powers of a long since departed god. Check this podcast out if you are in the mood for laughs, adventure, and an intricate steampunk world that will take you on a different journey then the ones we are so accustomed to!
