This is a new episode format called Forming Connections, where I have my co-host Brandon Simpson on the show. Brandon is a CrossFit coach, weightlifting and powerlifting instructor and way too knowledgeable for his age. He is recovering from a hernia surgery and I had one about a year ago so we discuss what it's like to come back from a major surgery. We also get into:

  • UV light exposure throughout the day
