Hypnotic is the first word I think of to describe TST. On the surface, it's a story about the mysterious events sounding a husband and wife. During the investigation, it delves into a wider world of the unexplained. And, how people interpret things in different ways. IMO, the quality of the writing, acting and production is top notch.
This show is anything but predictable, and I´m hooked from the start. The story unfolds in an intricate way, that compels me to keep listening. A Science fiction / true crime drama, where everything is very well thought through and excellent done.
I cannot believe the release schedule of this podcast - the speed with which they created such a consistently great product is astounding. Blew my mind.I really REALLY loved this story, particularly really enjoyed the acting from of the minor characters. Don't skip the "ads." Have seen others make that mistake. :-)
This had me hooked almost right away.
This is the sort of show that whips its audience around. You can't know what to expect when you hit play, but it rewards you for all the trust you put into it as it bombards you with the unexpected.
A super interesting show, providing a twist on the true crime genre, while exploring some of its tropes. I've loved seeing the story evolve and the plot thicken, and I can't wait to see where the story goes next!
Great story telling and beautiful produced with original music.
Loved it!! The fake ads are hilarious, the voice acting is awesome, and the story is engaging.
I thought the show was pretty formulaic up until episode 8 kicked in and the show finally explored an idea that felt new and unique. I look forward to more of this type of material.
