Lockdown restrictions to reduce the spread of COVID 19 have hit the fitness industry hard and community fitness classes that would have normally been delivered in halls and hire spaces have been forced to adopt digital solutions online.

In this episode, Claire Goodliff explains how the Community Fitness Network has been helping fitness instructors to embrace technology to keep their business running.
