Delaware Statutory Trusts (DSTs) are a real estate investment vehicle for investors to own passive and turnkey commercial properties. Contrary to what some people believe, they are not limited to only properties in Delaware, but are limited to accredited investors only. With over a dozen sponsors and many more offerings, they are a more passive approach to real estate investing where a consortium of investors invest and own an institutional-grade commercial property together, quite similar to a tenant in common.
