The T'd Up Podcast is a platform for me and you, the listeners, to come together and break any sort of stigma that accompanies us in our daily lives and become more mindful of the obstacles we are faced with in life. I am a former collegiate athlete at the University of Pikeville that stepped away from the game I have played since I could walk because of mental health and an injury. I want to share my journey and experience to overcoming adversity as well as being a light upon the path and a lamp upon the feet of others to shadow them in the world of mental health and everything that accompanies it!
