I was teaching BJJ (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu) the other day and found a link between the way I deal with conflict and how to do the rear naked choke.  This is about accepting baggage from personal trauma and recognizing behavior as a survival mechanism vs. a way to have personal emotional growth.
