Featuring the stories of students at Swinburne University of Technology, The Things I’ve Thought examines substance abuse, depression, homelessness, domestic abuse, anxiety, and eating disorders in a relaxed and relatable way. The stories are personal, informative, and are a much needed tool in the effort to smash the stigma around mental health and bring these conversations out into the open.
