Paul Dyson is a lawyer by trade and describes himself as a "local boy". He's running to be the next Texas representative for house district 14. He faces Rick Davis in the Republican primary on March 5, 2024. Texas House District 14 is currently represented by John Raney, who is not seeking re-election.
