This hour long episode features my best friend and close cousin Mason Robinson who jumped into entrepreneurship and real estate at the same time that I did! Our lifelong relationship is the definition of iron sharpening iron. We even share an athletic number, 24 (he had it first). So its only right that we share episode 24 of The Third Degree Podcast on Christmas Day!

In this episode you'll hear me breakdown my first real estate deal (as I understood it at the time lol). From this episode it was off to the races because since then Mase and I have both gone on to purchase multiple properties and have amassed a portfolio of almost 15 properties between the two of us.

Mase is a former NFL Player and currently an Strength coach for Rutgers University. He started the "Shock the World" brand back in 2015 where he trains youth in speed, agility, fitness, and football.
