Today I’m spilling the tea on 3 Reasons Why I think Video Podcasting Is Great for Busy (or Fatigued) Business Owners.

This skill/technique has changed my business life!

Going live and repurposing the live into a great podcast (plus 10000sss of other content!) can be a game changer for your business and in this episode I’ll try to keep it to just 3 big things but forgive me if I add more as this is one of my fave subjects, it has changed my business life!!

You are going to learn how to: 

1) crush overwhelm/overthinking/perfectionism/distraction/fatigue and make your content super quick.

Schedule the live show/event: use a 3rd party tool or the app

Do the content/training in one take

Get a tight workflow down: Pre production: book guests, send link, give them checklist, get bio, prep questions, Run of show: use a template to fit in CTA, intro, fun segment etc, post Production: take the audio file into Descript: take out quotes, make audiogram, add intro & outro, repair or level the sound and upload to hosting platform.

2) make tons of content:

Live stream to multiple places at once: use a 3rd party tool

: take out quotes, make audiogram

Make templates in Canva and paste quotes and audio clips into there, add captions native in the SM app or in Descript

Take the transcript and play with it in AI tool to create emails, long posts, blog, show notes

3) It attracts different audiences: audio, video, written learning style or lifestyles
