Chef Lily Hoa Nguyen from Vietnamese Foodies, Riath Hamed from Balqees Honey and Tahir Shah from The Food Founderare in the studio to discuss what is happening in the food news world, their foodie calendars and try the food from Chef Lily’s restaurant. 

Vietnamese Foodies is based in JLT, Dubai. Chef Lilly was completely unprepared for the popularity of her restaurant and after facing unhappy customers due to waiting times she shut her restaurant down to stop, reconsider and organise before reopening three days later.
