A conversation with Max Ruth.  Max is  father to an autistic child and in our first of many conversations with fathers from all walks of life we talk about the ASD diagnosis and the actions that were to follow. 
Max is an entrepeneurial Accounting and Finance recruiter. He and his fiancee are the full time care givers to their 4.5 year old son.
