Conflict is inevitable and some would say necessary in workplaces. Its often how we react and deal with conflict is where our pain comes from. And many leaders dread conflict and deal with it poorly.

Today's guest shares some light for our listening leaders, on how conflict management can be effective through strategies including storytelling.

Michael McRay is an award-winning writer, storytelling and conflict consultant, trainer, and leadership coach. His work explores how storytelling can create change, make meaning, and transform division. He works with organizations around the world to tell their most meaningful stories and navigate their most difficult conflicts.

Michael holds a Master’s in Conflict Resolution and Reconciliation from Trinity College Dublin’s Belfast campus and executive certification in Public Narrative from Harvard’s Kennedy School.
