In this episode I share my experience with this idea of Letting Go. Letting go is about using the "Yin" principle of using  spontaneity and allowing life's challenges to be all for our betterment. Its about the idea of safeguarding against too much over-thinking and punishing ourselves with our negative self-talk, and using the power of allowing oneself to be in the moment to perform and live a better life.

This idea of surrender or letting go is what allows us to play better sports, tell better jokes, write better, & live more joyfully. Its the idea that life is a dance rather than a game, and that solving our problems externally is not the best route to sustaining flow and happiness.
