Jen Rulon has lived a life full of adventure, continuously pushing the limits of her physical fitness and helping others do the same. Jen is an accomplished triathlete, a veteran of the Ironman Triathlon Race, TEDx presenter, and her writings have been published in Men's Journal, Runners Magazine, Livestrong, WebMD, and Active.com. Oh, and did I mention she used to swim with Shamu?

These days Jen still spends a lot of time in the water but in an attempt to tame another kind of animal: qualifying for the revered Ironman World Championship in Kona, Hawaii. As anyone might guess, training your body to not only endure, but excel at swimming, biking, and running a distance of 140.6 miles collectively, takes some real work and discipline.
