Hi there, I’m Tori. Growing up in a high demand religion, I lived my life according to beliefs that weren’t my own. I became physically ill and didn’t know why. It took years to uncover the truth, leave the cult, and begin healing my mind, body, and spirit. I started my life over, entirely. . .

Here are my experiences, past and present, and how I hope to use them to build the future me. We will discuss everything from physical health, to mental well-being, and spiritual discovery.
