She has a consistent record of positioning organizations for success, spurring Millions of Naira of revenue growth, launching new revenue streams, and delivering business training that demonstrates financial success.

Padebi is a John Maxwell Certified Leadership Coach, Trainer, Consultant, and Speaker, a Serial Entrepreneur, and a Sales and Digital Transformation Expert with years of experience providing outstanding training for hundreds of small business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs. She is the founder of the Social Media School, an online school that supports the modern-day entrepreneur to create “Consistent Income” Using Social Media, and also the founder of  ARV Digital: An agency focused on using digital technologies to improve customer experiences, provide more value and increase business profits. 

Padebi has an innate ability to identify and actualize valuable ideas and her strength comes through her unique ability to use her business experiences to understand the knowledge and skills her training participants need to increase their sales performance. 

Padebi used to live in Lagos, Nigeria and when she is not making contributions to small businesses and communities or helping women map out profitable sales and marketing funnels, she can be found spending quality time with her husband and two daughters.

She has now relocated to the United Kingdom with her family.
